We have recently completed our Online User Webinars in place of our Annual User Groups, thank you to all of those who attended, if you missed out you can catch up via our Customer Portal. Following on from our User Webinars, we will be hosting Online Training sessions. With these training sessions, we wanted to provide all users of Gold a basic understanding and knowledge of key parts of the software. As with the Virtual User Day sessions the virtual training sessions focus on areas and modules within Gold that support the reduction in paper documents and automation of processes. Each session will be a max of 45 minutes in length, this includes a up to 30-minute training video and a 15-minute Q&A. The 5 sessions are below, if you would like to book on for yourself and other colleagues please do fill out our form at the end of this blog and we can send out further information to you.   Please note, the sessions will be recorded and placed on our Customer Portal for you to catch up on. If you have any further questions relating to the Training Sessions please do not hesitate to contact your Account Manager.

Primetics User Groups are going virtual!

Due to the unprecedented times we are facing with COVID-19, we will not be carrying out our Primetics Customer User Groups as we usually would, in its place, Primetics are delighted to announce that the User Groups will now take place online, via User Webinars. The webinars will take place on the week commencing Monday 15th June 2020. Further details will follow with the exact date and times.

ITA Women In Tech

ITA Women In Tech

At Primetics, we are very excited to be attending the ITA Women In Tech conference, which brings together women from the UK’s top technology firms. Only 14% of senior executives at the 500 largest technology companies are female, this event brings together the ladies of tech and represents the importance of diversity within the workplace.

Recently, we were announced as a Founding Member of a New Tech Alliance that has been launched to improve diversity within the tech sector. (if you missed that blog, you can read it here). Inclusive Tech Alliance are a membership body dedicated to increasing diversity in the tech sector, working alongside a variety of stakeholders.

We are very proud to be a part of a much larger group and a business that recognizes diversity and understands the importance within our workforce. There are many benefits that come from diversity in the workplace, and when employees respect each other, morale, productivity and employee engagement increases. Something that we are very passionate about, here at Primetics.

Throughout the conference, we will hear from a number of inspiring women within the Tech sector;

Events Primetics is Attending in the Run-Up to Christmas

As we are well into autumn and Christmas approaches, we’ve got lots of exciting events to look forward to here at Primetics. From conferences to dinners, the agriculture industry is currently brimming with exciting and interesting events, and we’re really excited to be attending several between now and the end of the year.

At the events we’d welcome the opportunity to meet with customers and new customers, and look forward to networking with you all. We’d love to hear how things are going for your business, as well as to discuss the latest developments in agriculture, our solutions, and the exciting future plans we have.

Since rebranding from Primetics to Cultura we have been going from strength to strength, with the same great team and their years of experience. Some representatives from the Primetics team will be at each of the following events, so look out for experts such as Leigh Roberts, Stewart Gore, Daniel Mount, and James Andrew, who will be happy to chat to you.

BCFTA Dinner – 8th November

We will be at the Bristol Corn & Feed Trade Association’s annual dinner in Bristol on 8th November. It will be a great chance to meet lots of other people from the corn and feed industry and to network with agribusinesses. This dinner holds so many special traditions including the presentation of the beef and is always an exciting one to attend.

AIC Dinner and Conference – 13th & 14th November

The next event that some members of the Primetics team will be attending is the “Agribusiness 2019” conference on 14th November, organised by the Agricultural Industries Confederation (AIC), as well as the pre-conference supper the evening before. This event is always a great opportunity to catch up with those that we know, and listen to all of the seminars which help in our continuing efforts to keep our fingers on the pulse in terms of what’s happening in the industry.

CropTec Show – 28th & 29th November

Primetics will be at the CropTec show in Peterborough, where farmers, scientists technology providers and other people from all corners of the industry come together to discuss how technology can make arable farming even more successful and profitable. This is the perfect opportunity to come and talk to the team about how our solutions work for a wide range of agribusinesses, the advantages of software and exciting upcoming developments.

UK Seed Industry Dinner – 6th December

The final event we’ll be attending before Christmas is the specialist Seed Industry Dinner at the Hilton Kensington. This should be a really nice pre-Christmas event; we’re looking forward to seeing lots of friendly faces from the seed industry, as well as making some new connections. It’s also a great opportunity to share some of the exciting developments for our seed specific software, Generation, including our customer portal and new reporting database.
