We have recently completed our Online User Webinars in place of our Annual User Groups, thank you to all of those who attended, if you missed out you can catch up via our Customer Portal. Following on from our User Webinars, we will be hosting Online Training sessions. With these training sessions, we wanted to provide all users of Gold a basic understanding and knowledge of key parts of the software. As with the Virtual User Day sessions the virtual training sessions focus on areas and modules within Gold that support the reduction in paper documents and automation of processes. Each session will be a max of 45 minutes in length, this includes a up to 30-minute training video and a 15-minute Q&A.
